Sven Baltare

Sven has over 15 years experience as an architectural technologist with project delivery for both residential and commercial building types. Prior to joining Simmonds Architecture in 2018, Sven worked extensively in the aviation sector specializing in technical drawings for airports and airport infrastructure from Asia to South America. He has extensive experience in land development, and brings his technological skill set to all aspects of the design process – working collaboratively with lead architects, builders and consultants to deliver projects from start to finish.
Outside of work Sven spends his free time with his family while enjoying a wide variety of interests including cycling, golf, hockey and skiing; balanced with creative and cultural activities such as woodworking, art and travel.
