Every site has opportunities and challenges that shape its design and contextual response. 131 Holland abuts both an established low rise residential district with its traditional character and scale, and the exciting Wellington West theatre and restaurant district with bold new forms and energy.

Our design responds to this context by molding and stepping the building to respect the scale, texture and materials of the traditional streetscape. At the same time we have created a decidedly modern building with extensive fenestration and exciting forms which evoke the spirit of a lively urban scene.

The apartment layouts are equally exciting and modern in concept, with a very up-to-date look.
