"Shaking up the neighborhood" was high on the agenda for this law firm when they moved on to Wellington Street in Ottawa's Hintonburg area. This avowedly modern recladding of the original non-descript building uses stainless steel mesh, galvalume metal siding, black brick and red fibre cement panels.
The clients "wanted to be an agent for change in the community."
The idea of putting a full size sculpture of a moose on the roof is still under debate.
