The original 8,000 sq. ft 1930s telephone exchange building was retrofitted in phases to accommodate three new client groups. After partial demolition of the original interiors, new components and systems were inserted within the original building shell.

Sustainable building practices include: reuse of existing shell; low VOC paints, adhesives, and sealants; carpet tile with recycled content; and rapidly renewable materials.
